Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth Stryker, PT, DPT, PCES completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences with a double minor in Biology and Health Care Ethics. In 2008, she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and is currently licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth began her career in pediatrics at the Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia. She later moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where she trained at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction and neurological impairments.
To further deepen her expertise, Elizabeth has completed intensive training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and became certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist this year. With a longstanding passion for women’s health and pelvic floor awareness, she remains committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education in this specialized area. Of her 17 years as a physical therapist, over 6 have been dedicated specifically to pelvic health.
Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Her hobbies include traveling, attending live music events, reading, hiking, practicing yoga, and creating art. She recently illustrated a children’s book titled Riley’s Remarkable Roller Coaster Ride and visits schools to teach children about mindfulness and art—two of her greatest passions. Elizabeth is also dedicated to community service and serves on the Board of the Friends of the Bernardsville Library.
